  1. Can I really eat the product after the picture is on there?  YES, we use food coloring!


  2. How do you do it?   We use our own direct print process.  We do NOT use edible paper.


  3. What is the picture actually reproduced onto?  We apply an edible “base” that provides the best reproduction!  It does not alter the delicious taste of our products.


  4. Are there any color restrictions? The FDA does not allow us to reproduce a brilliant red.


  5. Will my pictures be harmed? Your photos will not be harmed and will be returned (if mailed in).


  6. May I see a sample before I place my order? We do not provide free samples.  We will produce samples at a nominal charge and then credit you towards your order.  Please see sample policy .


  7. Is there a set up charge? There are no initial set-up charges.


  8. What color or flavor of chocolate makes the picture look the best? Pictures will look the same on any flavor or color of chocolate.


  9. Do I have to order by the dozens? You may order any quantity, after the minimum amount shown per product.


  10. Do you offer any discounts? Quantity discounts apply after 50 pieces.


  11. What if my order is damaged in shipment? We offer our guarantee that we will replace your order.


  12. How long does it take to get my order? We generally ship within 4 days of receipt of orders.  All orders are shipped via DHL. If you need a faster turnaround, please contact us.


  13. Will I get a better product if I send in the original photographs? Photos that meet the minimum DPI requirements (300) and that are sent in JPG, BMP or PNG format will reproduce just as well as original photos mailed to us.


  14. I would rather send in my order than place it online.  Do you allow that? We do accept orders by mail.  If you are sending a check with your order, it must be either certified or a money order; we do not accept personal checks.


  15. How are the products packaged? All products are either individually bagged or boxed.


  16. What if you don’t think my photos will work well? We will contact you with any questions or concerns that we have prior to producing your order.


 

PRODUCT QUALITY

We use only the finest ingredients in all of our products.

Our gourmet chocolates are made from French and German recipes.   Our Rice Krispie ™ Treats are the originals and our cookies are baked using an old family recipe.

We guarantee the freshness, taste, look and overall quality of our “goodies”.  In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied, we will replace your order.

Our goal is always to exceed your expectations, both in the quality of our products and services.  We look forward to proving that to you…

SAMPLE POLICY

Due to the overwhelming requests we receive for free samples,
we have recently implemented the following policy:

We will produce 2 samples from our single sweet images items.
These may be of the same or different products. You may provide
your own photo/graphic to have reproduced onto your samples.
  This also includes any writing that you may desire (space allowing).
  There is never an additional charge for adding writing on samples or orders.
Samples will be shipped to you via DHL.  This extends to the USA
and its territories only. Your cost for this service is $25.00.
  We will issue a full credit of the $25.00, once we receive your first order!
